The DREAM Act would create an earned pathway to citizenship for young people who were brought to the United States at a young age and complete two years of higher education or serve in our nation's military.

The bill enjoys support from a majority of Americans and leaders from both political parties. Congress is deciding the fate of the DREAM Act and the future of these young people right now.

Call 1-866-996-5161 today and tell Congress to strengthen America's future by passing the DREAM Act.

  • @xxxFaustusxxx It would be nearly impossible for an illegal immigrant to not pay taxes. When they buy food and other products, they pay sales tax. When they work a job, their pay check is taxed. When they own or rent housing, they pay property taxes (directly or indirectly). Much of the taxes undocumented workers pay they never get in return. For example, they pay into social security which they don't receive even if they lived here their entire adult working life.

  • Just called both Senators Boxer and Feinstenin San Diego offices to asked for their YES vote on the DREAM ACT. It's just common sense Americans to provide the opportunity for these young people to continue their education or join the military as a reward for excellent educational performance in these United States. We need them to become productive citiizens of our free country!

  • Ya I will remember that when unemployed hits an all time high,ya come over hear we will give you a job LMAO

  • America was built on a dream, and on the backs of immigrants. America is a nation of immigrants, some people's immigration history spaning from decades. Not allowing these people the same rights as our forfathers had, to come to a land, to be free and given the right to citizenship is:in my eyes: unlawful, disgraceful as a nation, and unamerican. We should allow these kids to be able to become a part of this nation we know as a melting pot. I support this bill 100% and so should you.

  • Look at that dude reading off a card. Yeah it would be great for immigrants, vastly dominated by hispanics to go to college. But they don't have to finish their degree much less go to an accredited school. So how many people will that apply to? DREAM bill deserved to die. It was misguided.

  • We all very much need to get behind and strongly support the DREAM Act!

With the DREAM Act in place, this country would see much needed brain gain, good investment, and a nice solid path to citizenship for many good hard working people here in the United States. It is a complete win/win for all!

It's such an amazing investment in the futures of so many, and the future of America as a whole.

  • Did they really have a Marine there citing the "value" of non- English speakers in the military?? LOL! Wow, when exactly is Spanish going to come in handy during war time?
