If you build the Chinese bikes yourself and not buy them pre-assembled they can last a long time. replace the fuel line for clear bigger tubes and fuel filter right away. I have a 2008 Gio that just runs and runs but it looks like hell. I also have a 2007 Skyteam chinese copy of a Yamaha TTR 150 and it looks like its still new. It is embarassing to say you own a chinese bike though so that's why I got a 2006 CRF250R
