  • @ brooss there have been black popes and such and great black saints

  • @brooss Im black and I converted to the Catholic Church 3 years ago! Come home to the Catholic Church, the Church of Christ.

  • Thank you for the wonderful reminder of what the Church was. This was filmed while Vatican Council II was meeting and subversive elements were plotting the destruction of the Church. But perhaps we can save a remnant for future generations with the help of recorded documentaion such as this. And eventually with Christ's and the Virgin's help - it will rise again.

  • This was beautiful. My heart pounded the whole time. This was beautiful.

  • My obstacle to Roman Catholicism. More than half of the members of Roman Catholicism are not African and Asian, but no Black or Yellow pope. In fact, there have been no Abbot Primate (OSB), Master General (OFM/OP), or Superior General (SJ) that are Black or Yellow. Roman Catholicism seems to privilege whites from Europe, USA, and South America. What is the pope doing to address this?

  • Wow, thanks for posting! I liked the part towards the end when the family members so reverently watch the miracle of their sons' and brothers' souls changing into those of priests.

  • God bless you for posting! Shows the endurance of the Order, even during this time of change for the Church. And as far as I know, they are still preaching the orthodoxy of the Faith! Long live the Friars Preachers!

  • great vid. i love the way how they're all so wrapped in thought for god and the saints , very inspiring

  • Incredible Video,

    thanks for posting!!

  • @babyycat In 1965, Pope Paul VI came out with a Tridentine Missal with some english as an experiment for the Novus Ordo. Then in 1970 came the Novus Ordo.
