Zack & Wiki - Frost Breath (3 of 3)

Here's the last third of "Frost Breath," the boss stage in Zack & Wiki's "Frozen Temple" group of stages.

At this point, Zack has already hit Chillion twice, and he only needs to do so one more time to defeat him. The solution should've been very obvious at this point for me, except that I already tried aiming for that "mirror" twice without working. (The second attempt is right at the beginning of this video.) That means I've already missed with the laser three times. The fourth time will kill Wiki, which means Game Over.

As it turns out, that thing IS a mirror. It's just that it's pointing straight up, which I'm unable to check. After a while, I decide to see for sure if it IS a mirror pointing away from the camera and set up the two mirrors Zack has left to bounce off of it and Captain Rose's mirror.

And it works! The third blast shatters Chillion into a lot of pieces, and Zack can safely get to the treasure chest. Too bad for Captain Rose, who thawed out just in time to see that happen. She's not too happy about it.

The map Zack gets in the treasure chest leads to Volcano Cavern, the next area of the game. He'll traverse from the icy lands of the Frozen Temple to the blistering heat of Volcano Cavern.

I wonder if you can itemize rose before getting the chest, after she thaws.

Captain Rose threw a mirror when she thawed out. She probably broke it...That's bad luck.

lol when i was doing this mission on the third miss (luckily i hit him and saved the little bellster) i kept thingking "NOO WIKI! dont go into the lgiht!" :)

This stage took me a pretty long time the first time I did it. I was worried that Chilleon would freeze me! I had no help from the Oracle, but some form my sister, like using Rose.

Yeah, there are a lot of hazards in the lava places, and not just from the lava.

That was extremely odd. The first time I watched this video, it played at a fast forward pace the entire time (Hence my last comment.)

how do the goons have frog bombs? they don't have wiki to itemize them, and I didn't see any frogs on this stage...
