Rockingham Stages 2009 - SS8 or so...

Blimey. How much quicker is a Millington-powered (I presume - it's a 2.5) Escort over a 205? Answer - a bloody lot! Class 4 winner (and 5th overall) Rob Dennis passes us like we're in reverse :-D. Ah the dark side of the Escort.

edit: Correction thanks to Alun in the replies - it's not a Millington, it's a 2.5 JRE Vauxhall with 325bhp and a lovely Tractive clicky box!

Bit drier now than the previous day, can properly extend the 205 now but still not enough talent behind the wheel to drag us up from a final position of 13th o/a and 6th in class. Cracking fun up front with the big boys though; very humbling!
