Julia Gillard: Ministerial Reshuffle

Julia Gillard held a press conference to outline her changes to the Federal Labor Ministry. These changes will better equip the Government to focus on its priorities for the coming year: Keeping the economy strong and ensuring Australians have jobs as the economy goes through a period of profound transformation; and using our prosperity to spread benefits to all Australians.

Julia would be able to teach not dictate. Your seeing her as an Authoritarian which often those unwilling to learn would resent. Take a look at the stars behind Julia. If you look at Narcissistic traits, these like Rudd resent other people's opinions such an egomaniac would be very vengeful. If they don't get what they want they turn nasty. Julia has the ability to listen to other people's opinions without being verbally abusive. Rudd dictates to his coworkers and turns very verbally abusive. Sure Rudd has a comical outward appearance that wins him adoration, but how many can actually see through his rotten core ? Not many.

A dictator such as Hitler had Narcissism, which is a complete Lack of empathy or compassion. These Julie doesn't lack. If you note Hitler built up wealth, they resent any spending. Julie may be an authoritarian in which case those that resent authority would resent her whoever she would work just as hard herself to help others learn.  In Rudds case he would be a show pony to attract adoration. He would have made his class adore him, but in the meantime abuse his coworkers.
