Is this why UPS loses my mail ?They have lost 3 goverment issue documents of mine,over 4 yrs.

I've seen this 9395 1100kVA.. that was in May 2008 in Espoo, Finland.. good UPS.. and I've already installed some smaller 9395 (1x225/275, 2x225/275, 2x225/275+field upgrade).. I like 9395..
