  • a lot of armchair instructors eager to give their opinion here! Maybe the instructor taught this guy everything but the guy didn't follow the what he'd been taught - it happens. Thanks for shraing the video Geoff!

  • when it come down to it it's you and the machine. 40kg of crap on ya back and a fricken great rag to pull up. The glider came up wrong. Pilot did not correct this and put the power on instead of aborting.

This guy just got it wrong. Simple. The instructor can only do so much them it's up to the pilot to do it right. All the kiting practice in the world won't stop this happening and anyone that has ever flown PPG will know this

  • Student has absolutely no kiting skills. Instructor endangered students life by not teaching vital skills. Why does the sport continue to maintain such incompetent instructors?

  • Many causes but a classical case of trying to sit too early while he was just regaining control. This is part of the learning curve which he must have passed by this time.

    exactly at 2:20 min

  • Another thing to mention - don't start giving it a ton of power until you know your wing is flying straight and your ready to go under neath it.

  • Instrutor de merda e isso que acontese faz uma onda para tomar dinheiro do aluno e não encina bosta nenhuma...... Acorda povo

  • jurulatih koyo ndog

  • Why did you use AF on this great cam?

  • Motor torquing too much 2:24 causing wing to turn suggesting harness is not effective or wrong size or poorly adjusted, pilot has absolutely no idea what the wing is doing, no wind, motor looks underpowered, its stupid to use carbon props for beginners, student is not running straight, instructor should have aborted the take off attempt after the wing heads off in wrong direction and pilot does not react/respond at all... time to to look for a different school folks!

  • Design looks wonky in the prop damage dept. Why can't the ring extend back a few more inches?
