Darcel does have an incredible body. One comment mentioned how great her legs are, and they are, but when I was watching Solid Golid it wasn't Darcel's legs I was watching.

What's amazing is that she was so thin in the first three seasons. She continued to gain weight but as can be seen in the 1989 documentary with Rachel McLish, her curves just got shaplier!

Thanks for the comment. Strange starting all over again. I left off two videos at the end that were WB (ZZ top and The Cars), but will get them in later. I'll have to check on the Season 4 footage; your'e probably right!

i mostly watched SOLID GOLD to see what dance she would do next,also i was thick like she was and it taught me to embrace it.BEYONCE wasn't the first to have curves and succeed.all of the girls were gorgeous but she stood out from the very beginning!!!

I love Solid Gold as a kid and I had 2 autographed pics of Darcel Wayne, which we proudly displayed in the living room like she was our sister or somethin1......LOL

I have much respect for dancers because they have to be disciplined to look like that. It's hard work. I know there are other jobs that require discipline in order to maintain these bodies like gymnasts, personal trainers, etc.. but this video showcases dancers.

I like Darcel's answer to work stress in the 9 to 5 video. If only we all could move like that every time we got stressed out at work, our offices would be a lot less hectic.
