[KOF2002] Xbox 360 Backwards Compati-- what?

Welp.

It's not the disc, since it works fine on the original Xbox. It's not my Xbox 360, since other games work fine (and I've tested this glitch on another 360, which is the same). It's not my video input.

Background settings set to Arcade (2D) mode. The other (sometimes 3D) mode doesn't glitch out too much.

Wasn't it said before not all games are backwards compatible on the 360? And some are outright not compatible?

I don't know, maybe it's just not very compatible.

Not all games are backwards compatible. Great examples are games that were also ported directly to the 360. (Like Battlefield 2: Modern Combat and Street Fighter 2 from Capcom Classics Collection)

This is the only game I've seen that encounters heavy graphical glitches.

Marvel vs Capcom 2 has pretty heavy glitches too... which sucks monkey balls because I spent 10 Euros for that shit!

The mission statement of the Xbox team is to have *every* original game working eventually in backwards-compatibility mode, no matter if they have native Xbox 360 ports or not. But, it does utilize emulation of the original Xbox and each game needs to be tweaked and fixed for it to run smoothly.
