I like how you can add plates.
Can't see why you call this a 'core blaster' though.
I've done lot's of these, and I feel no challenge or fatigue in my core.
Eventually my arms and legs get tired.
And yes, I use correct technique and posture

swings are a great exercise, and this looks like a really useful tool if you dont have kettlebells
