  • the guy at 1:50 is doing it WRONG: one should always look forward, not at the t-handle nor at the floor

    I've done lot's of these, and I feel no challenge or fatigue in my core.

    Eventually my arms and legs get tired.

    And yes, I use correct technique and posture
