EVERYONE HERE IS THE BEST WAY. GET ALL TYPES OF OIL U POSSIBLY HAVE THEN MIX IT PUT IT ON. AND IN ONE WEEK AND A FEW DAYS U WILL GET NAILS LINGET THEN A CENTIMETRE. OMG TRY IT.

There is another thing. I noticed that my nails change every time I use a different face wash. Some face washes cause my nails to peel, so I tend to stay away from those. Anyway... Your video is great and informative. Thank you for uploading it.

@onionlea I would make a note to my doctor about that, sometimes it can mean a vitamin or mineral deficiency

my nails have been peeling like crazy, Is there anything you can recommend? I had beautiful nails, but I started blood pressure meds. Is that the cause? Is there anything I can do, My life is boring without nails. I nothing to decorate :(
