Aluminium soldering/löten

Soldering of aluminium. First the material is heated to the right temperature, the test is done with the solder wire. once the temp is right, the solder is added and afterwards the base material is scratched with a screwdriver so that the bond takes place as the solder creeps under the oxide.

Aluminium löten. Das Aluminium wird zunächst auf Temperatur gebracht, was mit dem Lötdraht immer wieder überprüft wird. Nachdem dieser anfängt bei Berührung zu schmelzen, wird die Naht aufgelegt. Anschließend wird unter der Naht das Oxid aufgekratzt, wodurch die Verbindung mit dem Basismaterial stattfindet, da das Lot unter die Schicht kriecht.
