Gevrina Seferaj has quickly burst into the broadcast in a big way. Hand-selected among a field of thousands, Gevrina was granted the opportunity to become the Nike Field Reporter. In turn, Gevrina has had the opportunity to interview over 100 different Nike athletes and celebrities including Manny Pacquiao, Michael Irvin and Hope Solo. Aside from one-on-one interviews, Gevrina has excelled as an event host for venues like the Nike Women's Marathon in San Francisco and Nike's Oregon College Showdown—with each event gathering crowds upwards of 20,000. Nike and Gevrina even collaborated to create the segment 'Gevvy vs. Gym,' where she tackles unique and difficult workouts and provides commentary to the viewers.
