It`s a beautiful song written by David Gilmour for his wife Polly as a gift for their wedding aniversary and appear on his latest solo album "On an Island"
This time I decided to do it all over in Wintery Scenery to show you how magical winter can be :)))) (even the Swans looks like in Narnia ;P )
As usual I played all the instruments ,vocals and produced everything including video :))
