This is really bad for you and it can tear muscles in your legs. I advise not to do it. I'm a dancer and it took me years to do the splits but i'd rather that than really bad injuries. Just sayin'.

So basically you just need to insist on the splits and force it to go all the way down? Well, is a lil orthodox but i like it :D Gonna start today and i hope to see good results ^^ And guys she is only a child... Give her some 7y at least xD*

is dizzz really helpfull bcuz i really wanna learn how to do it!
It is perhaps a worthwhile point, she shows us effectively her warm up sequence for a person who already has the flexibility... seems to work for her. Meanwhile the cat is showing us a chilling out sequence, for when you couldn't care. :-) DC
