Me forcing the spectator to pick a desired card using psychology. I found this in Banachek's book: "Psychological Subtleties"

  • You're cute.

  • this uses outs

  • i have chosen the ace of hearts..because it was there to different from the others :)

  • the trick isn't perfect, but no psychological one is. I chose the middle card purely because I thought he was trying to force the one on the left (which he was). If I hadn't been trying to make the trick fail I would have chosen the 5 of clubs.

  • Right multiple outs. He only needs three. thus left hand is 5, right hand which he did not show is the red card and if we had picked the middle card he would have turned it over to show a not that says, I knew you;d pick this one.

  • 3 way out.

  • dude i love this effect dont you. i love that book in general. all these other people commenting are trying to seem cool. they didnt read the book.

  • when he points to the ace and four, he uses 5 fingers. also, ace plus four = 1+4 which equals 5, so u subconsiencly pick 5.

  • its because he blocked out the ace and middle one so the person had to think of the 5 but they think they chose it thereself

  • ummm your spectator was the camera man via your friend so you told him to pick the 5 of clubs
