Melayu Hidang Arak di Suria KLCC

Yang membuatkan saya menjadi meluat dan benci sangat sangat adalah bagaimana pekerja pekerja dan pelayan pelayan pertunjukan fesyen 'show' itu yang rata rata nya terdiri dari lelaki dan wanita muda Melayu selamba derk saja menghidangkan arak jenis 'Jacob's Creek' dari Australia kepada para penonton pertunjukan fesyen itu!

Dear Mahaguru and others,

It's easy for us to judge them but try and put ourselves in their position. It's wither doing this or not having a job at all. I know people will tell me that it's better to look for another job but it's not easy especially when you lack education. Heck, even graduates nowadays are unemployed.

I understand it's wrong by the virtue of Islam but I also believe that God is merciful. I'm sure that if they are given another option they would have not taken up this job.

To claim that these ppl have no other choice of profession is an insult to the nation.

Millions of immigrants from Asia and other nations come here to work and earn their keep.

The halal way.

As a Muslim blogger, I have done my part to highlight the problem so that the authorities will rectify the situation.

Where there's a will, Insya Allah there surely will be a way.

Trust me it's not what they want to do. It's heart breaking to see them coming home feeling guilty for doing what they do but this is how some people have to live.

I have more respect for these people than those who party on weekends and consciously drink alcohol in public.

Yes I do fear God but like I said I trust with all my heart that God is merciful too.

You can say what you want but that doesn't change or alter the state of sin that is attributed to the act of engaging in the trade of alcohol.

Refer to what I replied to Satria Asia who was also of your mindset till I shared with him the Laws regarding the Forbidding of Alcohol and Intoxicants as clarified by Allah's Messenger Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam?

You can try arguing your case before Allah in the Yaum al Mahsyar.

I am not insulting the nation but when 50 people attend an interview for one vacancy how are the unlucky 49 going to survive? Yes there is a way but meanwhile these people need to eat and live too.

This is not mere excuse but this is reality. I've lived harshly in the city and let me tell you first hand. It was tough! Alhamdulillah for me I did not have to serve alcohol but I cant say the same about some of my friends.

Thank you for highlighting the problem but we must be realistic here. Do you not know that nowadays it is super tough to find a job. Even KFC, McD etc are not hiring much.

The immigrants who migrate to Malaysia are here because they are in demand. They are paid well less than what Malaysians are paid. I was working in Pizza Hut once and my Myanmar friends only earn roughly 2/3 of what I earn hourly for longer workng hours sometimes without OT pay.

Begitulah takutnya mereka pada dosa yang membabitkan minuman haram ini. Orang Islam kena bangun untuk menyediakan peluang pekerjaan yang banyak pada generasi Islam yang ada dan akan datang.

Mereka jadi begini dan tidak solat berikutan salah-satu daripadanya kerana kesempitan hidup dan pekerjaan yang hanya banyak ditawarkan oleh orang bukan Islam.

Tambahan lagi mereka penuh hutang.
