weapons in the vehicle ARE weapons carried by the soldiers! or do you think the rifles will fire themselves?!

you obviously haven't even read my comment.. they haven't provided any evidence to alaa's claimed stealing from the army nor did they try to.. they didn't even search his house!

if YOU know anything about the law u would know that some witness's statement isn't enough to convict a person in these cases coz they could simply be lying

@ProudToBeEgyptian93 it is the weapons in the vehicle not the soldiers weapons because they were unarmed ,alaa and others were accused with this charges because of witnesses :حنان خواسك ف بوابه الوفد :اشهد لله والوطن kindly read this article as she mentioned that she saw alaa attacking and stealing >>this is law as long as the other party is a soldier so it is military trials and as a civilian i do accept ,this the right of the soldiers (a law if you no any thing about law )

how could he steal weapons from the army if they were unarmed according to the scaf?!!

even if the army forces were armed.. 1- scaf wouldn't have waited this long to charge alaa 2- they would need to prove he has a military weapon in his possession which they haven't shown evidence to so far!! Alaa refused questioning coz he believes in a cause that he's willing to spend eid in jail & miss the birth of his first son for.. Military trials are NOT for civilians!
