Yaayy, I finished my second tutorial, tell me if it suck or you didn't get it. I'll be greatful to help. I made this in 30 - 45 mins because I woke up early, soo really sorry for my suckiness. I know I messed up some part, but I was lazy to record again, so just remember to change your Offet Y = -1.800. But yeah, just do exactly what it show, and you'll get the rain effect that everyone is asking for. I made this for Vi (MyTeddiBear) because she was asking for how, so here you go Vi, I hope you understand it. If you don't, just ask me :] I have to give credit to Ilovepets286 for showing me this, I wouldn't even know how if it wasn't for her. So I think you should watch her tutorial because mine = suckie. RRLY RRLY SOWWIE! D:
