um try practicing a back handspring but with out swinging arms. do a standing one and then put it together with the roundoff back handspring and it will be perfect

add a front handspring at the beginning & that would look pretty cool

hey dont do that on the ground use a tumbling and dont stop you can run before too

It'd be nice to have a gym with tumbling tracks. It's so scary to try a new move on the real ground:)

im sorry but thats not tumbling that was a round off, a backhandspirng, and a backtuck all spratly not in one motion

You're right. My ro and bhs are so slow and I need to swing my arms back for each move, otherwise I don't get enough momentum.
