Great tribute. One of the most underrated director's of his time. I'm sure if Minnelli were here now and working, the academy would honor him for work like Bad and the Beautiful, Lust for Life, the original and still classic Father of the Bride and the priceless Meet Me in St Louis. .

yes, nice tribute, but just on a factual note there's plenty of documentation that Freed initiated "Cabin in the Sky" with MGM and not Minnelli, likewise with "Meet Me in St. Louis."
