@mayaka70 Yes Jesus and John refered to Moses and scriptures (Mat5:21-42; 8:4; John19:36). But Ellen never refered to an author of her time in which she copied some ideas from them. Instead, she claimed all of her writings came directly from God in vision. She said "I do not write one article in the paper, expressing merely my own ideas, they are what God has opened before me in vision...(Selected Messages Book I, pge.27)"
She misused God's name while being plagiarized. That's the case

@belojo2003 He also said that Jesus quoted from the old testament but did not give credit to Moses or whomever he was quoting just as he mentioned that John did quote from other writers in the new testament. We still say that the book was written by John don't we/ So why is it different with her. If what she quoted was for putting up books which glorify God why do you have a problem with that? Is there any Christian writer who does not quote others?

@belojo2003 EG White used sources and quoted without credit - yes - but that was perfectly normal in her time. Happens on the internet all the time too.

To all SDAs and Christians. Mr Doug recognized that Ellen White quoted from other documents. Plagiarism means to steal and pass off (the ideas or words of another) as one's own: use (a created production) without crediting the source. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT ELLEN DID. SHE PUT HER NAME ON THE DOCUMENTS; SHE NEVER GAVE CREDIT TO THE ORIGINAL WRITER. Mr Doug is wrong by defending Ellen. The bible tells us to rebuke our brothers when they act wrong. Paul rebuked Peter for acting wrong (Galatians2:11)

If Jesus is "Michael the Archangel" then why does he say: The LORD rebuke you in Jude 1:9? If he is the LORD, then why is he calling on the LORD? That doesn't make any sense, does it? By the way, ALL the Archangels were called "princes", including Lucifer, he is a "prince" also, so calling Michael a "prince" doesn't prove he is Jesus!

On the contrary, demons would love for you to believe that God is a monster like Satan. Only a fiend would think it was justice to roast people forever in hell for all eternity for sins committed in just one lifetime.
When God tells us that He will bring Satan to ASHES upon the earth what's so hard to understand about that?
