This is the first version of the Oh, No John! tape which first aired on BBC2 in January 1970 as a replacement for Nostalgia and was altered slightly for a second version which replaced it in November 1971 until the switchover to the hour-long tapes in June 1972, and the tracks titles featured here in this clip are: 1. Oh, No John!; 2. Loch Lomand and Coming Thru The Rye; 3. Sweet Nightingale; 4. Fifth of August. Enjoy!!!!
Oh, No John?
Sorry guys I can't listen to that without thinking of this:
Do you like the music I’m playing on your ‘lectric radio
You stick around and I’ll play some more
On the Kenny Everett Show
There’s lots of fun on Radio One.
I hope I have remembered it correctly, Google is nor aware of the jingle but this post will remedy that.

Aw! pity no. 4 cuts off before the end.
The melody is usually known as 'Brigg Fair', the first verse being, "It was on the fifth of August, the weather hot and fine, Unto Brigg Fair I did repair, for love I was inclined."
Nice suite, anyone know who the arranger is?
