How to REALLY be King of the Mountain!

Have you ever wondered why you aren't REALLY king of the mountain when you finish this level? Why isn't the finish pad at the TOP?
Here, I find that you really CAN be King of the Mountain without any modifications to the level! Maybe they should have just stuck the finish pad at the top after all!
