  • so i have a 1994 ford f250 7.3 DI turbo diesel...i was wondering if itd be bad for the engine if i just cut the cat off and leave it at that and dont connect the pipe to the rest of the exhaust just leave it like it would be with that open spot after the down pipe

  • @44boman You should probably at least run some piping so that the exhaust won't exit directly under the truck. I think exhaust fumes seeping into th cab from below is probably a bad thing.

  • @MrJakediesel I've heard the 5 inch has a throatier sound to it. I am also trying to decide between a 4 inch and 5 inch for my 2001 F250 7.3L.
