Actually you can do this on World At War. I was at my friend's house and his other friend were playing on zombies and he showed it. (He was playing as Nikolai, the russian) and it looked so fucking hilarious!!!

Looks more like how ed from edd ed and eddy runs. And if you've tried running in real life like he does you know you probably won't be able to bend your spine that far. and even if you could you wouldn't be able to keep your balance by yourself. But it still hurts after running with your spine bent as far back as you can like that for about 35ft
