I have one of these in my porch... I decided to just let it be, let it catch the bugs that try to come in through the porch. I don't really use that back door anyway, and the porch is pretty much my greenhouse for the avocado trees and plants that I'm growing. Free pest control :-)

The spider was feasting on a bug it caught when I went out to check on my plants today and get some basil. I must have triggered one of its web strands when I was getting ready to take some pics and this video, as it freaked out and hid in its "house." I daringly poked the top of its web "house" to make it drop back into its web. Then, while filming, I poked one of the web strands to make it run back into its "house."

You can see it has two egg sacs at the end of this video.
