Ben and Sera were just as troubled and they just clicked. In reality, there's probably no "Sera" anywhere for "Ben". I'm a pretty lonely guy and a hard drinker so watching this film makes me particularly sad. Still, one of the greatest films I know. I love a balance between tragedy and humor. Resulted in great beauty.

Mike Figgis is THE most underrated, unknown genius we've got.
One of the most amazing things is that this is his music, too. As with most of his films.

You should also look for the film "Stormy Monday" but director Mike Figgis. Wonderful film and soundtrack. Evokes a similar kind of beautiful sadness in the tragedy that so often is part of life.

sometimes i watch this movie when i'm drunk and sad, it's so beautiful, it's always such a wonderful moment, thanks for this masterpiece
