could not get this to works at all, I tried white, yellow and pink legos none would even barely turn black. Am I doing something wrong I bought the liquid Rit black dye didn't think that would make a difference, does it?

@ xavi 9685 they already make black on black for the iPhone I own a 3 witch I use for vids and the otter box keeps it good.

Wow, good idea. I have always wondered if there was a good way to change a lego piece's color.
Something you didn't mention in the video, do you let the dye-water cool down at all (so you don't melt the plastic), or is the hot water not a problem.

@orionsswords As long as you keep the water at a simmer, the plastic wont melt.
