From her 2000 album "Over The Years"

Abbey Lincoln (born Anna Marie Wooldridge in Chicago, Illinois, August 6, 1930 -- August 14, 2010) was a jazz vocalist, songwriter, and actress. Lincoln is unusual in that she writes and performs her own compositions, expanding the expectations of jazz audiences

Personnel: Abbey Lincoln (vocals); Joe Lovano (tenor saxophone); Jerry Gonzalez (trumpet); Jennifer Vincent (cello); Brandon McCune (piano); Kendra Shank (guitar); John Ormond (bass); Jaz Sawyer (drums).

Producers: Jean-Philippe Allard, Daniel Richard

"The Windmills of Your Mind" (Les moulins de mon cœur) is a song with music by Michael Legrand, as well as Alan Bergman and Marilyn Bergman, and lyrics by the Bergmans, from the 1968 film The Thomas Crown Affair. Noel Harrison performed the song for the film score. It won the Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1969.
