I am having the problem that SketchUp and 3D Max COLLADA models are importing into iBook Author laying on their sides? Have you noticed any problems with 3D models importing in the wrong orientation?

Its really easy to make these files just download them from the Google SketchUp 3d model library and than export them. and than drag them (from your finder) into your ibooks Author!
