Dear Mr Bidaud
In recent weeks, we received a number of complaints about using our facilities. There is also a damage occurred which have to be compensated. After questioning, we know youve been involved in this and would like to invite you for a conversation, so we can confront you with the videos and other complaints.
At TOAS we already had a meeting and we consider to transfer one or more residents to an other location. But before we make a decision, we want a conversation with the involved residents.
It is easier for both to get this agreement at the 3rd floor common room instead of our office. So want to invite you there on thursday the 1st of April at 7.00 PM.
