wwunderful - Original Billy Rocker is not wrong. It is not illegal to shoot nassau grouper. The ban was lifted years ago. There is a season for fishing nassau grouper and is only illegal if the fishing of the nassau grouper is out of season.

To the one who asked, the song appears to be ROOTS OF CREATION by Brad Knowles/ Sublime - somewhat obscure. Listen to the lyric. These guys must be quite environmentally conscious.

Also, does anyone watch Rick Murphy fishing shows? is that guy in this video the one who takes Rick Murphy on the Bahamas (Tuna & Dolphin) Shows? Big supporter of environmental conservation if it is. Best to not throw stones.

Upbrownie22 needs to know the facts. Bahamian citizens and Legal residences have different fishing laws to abide by than visitors. Besides, it's not nice to call people Dumbass, DAMBASS!!!

Before one makes any judgement about what any of these guys are doing here, they should spend time in Bahamas and at the National Trust even - Then learn why the local free divers pose no threat to the ecology of the Bahamas. Note that spearing is legal only when free diving in the Bahamas.

@joshsiow it is very easy and if more did it then their number would crash. The lower threshold number for spiny lobster could be 25 lobster or 2000 lobster, once you go below that level the population cannot recover. Habitat degradation is also a major concern due to tourists, so attracting more tourists bu legalizing this and destroying lobsters in the area....... you tell me what is wrong about this picture.....
