  • think about how good heavens house band must be hendrix, vaughn, allman, with john entwisle on bass and john bonham on drums with howlin wolf on vocals and little walter on harp. Then there are a bunch more combinations of people who can play with each other.

  • Duane was one of the best that ever played. We still have not seen his equal. Too bad he's not as well known as some of the other greats, but he produced an incredible, inimitable body of work in the space of five or six years that is unsurpassed.
