  • Yes, we are the lucky ones. Thank you very much for this awesome video

  • This was profoundly moving, thank you for taking the time to create it. I was totally unaware of the condition until I first saw this. Let's hope for an increase in education and awareness so we can help protect the precious lives of those who are affected by Long-QT Syndrome but may remain unaware, undiagnosed or untreated.

  • this video brings mixed emotions. i have LQT1 so sports within my family have decreased. none of us even knew we had these genes till my cousin passed out on a basketball court two years ago. luckily he survived, and we thank God everyday. I was on a swim team for 7 years and on a basketball team since 4th grade, and i never showed symptoms, but that EKG just had to tell the doctors that my heart beat is prolonged. It is comforting to know others are going through the same things we all are:)

  • I also have Long QT Syndrome (Type 2) from my father's side of the family. I was lucky, too, because I had 4 episodes of syncope and was immediately implanted with an aicd upon diagnosis. My family, however, has lost loved ones. I have a 13 month old daughter who is getting ready to have in depth screening. Love this video, kudos to you for spreading awareness! =]

  • This video is beautiful. Our one year old son and myself were diagnosted with LQTS last year. It was caught when he was only a few month old, THANK GOD!! I am so thankful that we are some of the "lucky ones". I agree that more needs to be known about this disease. Everytime I hear of a "healthy" child suddenly passing out and sometimes dying on a sports field I often wonder if it's a missed case of LQTS!

  • What beautiful children, and what a beautifully made video. I was unaware. Thank you.

  • Thank you for helping to spread the word...We are a family also with lqt and I wish we would have had some knowledge of this disease before hand. Thank you Thank you Thank you and God Bless..

  • beautiful (: I myself suffer from long qt3

  • You are very lucky, we lost our 10 year old daughter to LQT on November 22nd 2009. Your video is very touching, I hope others have this chance as you did.
