Hey I really love your work. I've just stared out with aftereffects and have been doing tutorials from creative cow, lynda and videocopilot. Can you recommend any other sources for after effects tutorials books etc? How long did it take u to get to this point? thnks!

aftereffects is made for making videos, so no need for html/dreamweaver.
but flash could help
especially if you want to animate characters.

is it necessary for a motion designer to know other relevant softwares, such as flash, html, dreamweaver?

Did you work for Blind because a lot of stuff on here is from Blind Studio. I used to work with them in New York.
