rode the ponies today.
both of them were brilliant, didn't put a hoof wrong.
ponies are literally the best.
samson is 14.2hh (piebald cob) and susie is 14hhish (skewbald something)
riding samson in my barn owner's "ideal" atm as i've lost so much weight my old saddle doesn't really fit me and isn't as effective anymore.. so the magical hunt for a saddle will begin.. (when i can be bothered which isn't very often, especially as i can use the ideal ;))

i just feel recently the whole youtube scenario has changed once again! gone are the days when simple videos are a pleasure to many, made on standard definition cameras and consisting mainly of self-taken clips. these will always be the sort of videos i love, ones that truly show more effort than just sticking it all together on a movie maker with the most recent piece of crap off the UK top 40.

no one really seems to care for fence clips and a bareback ride in the sunset, or jumping 2ft jumps made out of branches.

i don't have a 10k horse, i don't have a 1k, HD camera and i don't use the most popular music. but my videos are here to try and tell a story, however they are made.

that was a random little rant but it was going through my head all day xD
