Is this Seung-Hui Cho in a U.S.M.C Uniform?

I found this picture attached to an article about Seung-Hui Cho. It shows two men, one wearing a MCCUU(Marine Corps Combat Utility Uniform) with the MARPAT(Marine Pattern) woodland green camouflage and the other wearing a Gore-Tex poncho with the same MARPAT camouflage.

The man in the MCCUU appears to be Seung-Hui Cho. Here is the original picture followed by some side by side comparisons with known pictures of Cho and the subject's head, eyes and nose. You be the judge.

So what's this video implying? That Cho was a Marine? Fat chance.. Kid was a senior at V-Tech and MAYBE he did PLC or NROTC in preparation to become an officer but first of all, PLC/NROTC is not the real deal and secondly, he wouldn't have lasted a single day being the coward he was.
