This is exactly the way it goes sometimes. I think they forgot to add the text messages with the: "you are running behind, your supervisor has been notified" messages. I retire in a couple of weeks, good luck folks.
It's funny to me how this is so right on so many levels, all of the videos are spot on. I am on both scenarios of customer/provider and employee/employer. My bf is employee, i have been customer. I used to bitch about my provider and the service I got but it i never once considered the tech. Now that i'm with my bf for 5 years now i realize how badly "they" (collectively) treat their techs. These are the backbone of the company. They built it with blood and sweat and patience.
