I don't think that B hand you show is "natural" for most people. It involves an extension of the pinky SEPARATELY from the other fingers and therefore requires more "work" (in a physiological sense). The closed-finger B or a "4" handshape is MOST "natural" and easy for people, from a physiological perspective. There has been research on this -- what handshapes are developmentally and physiologically "easier" than others.

Hi there...I am not sure about 'B' handshape that you mentioned. I find it odd in a way. I don' think I do this - need to research on this - smile.

Tar, great vlog. i couldn't have said better about "People like OLois" than this. And about accepting with poking, prodding, examinations, and whatnot, will they panic when second wave of oralism is coming soon. You bet...they will.
