Just press your lips together and blow - I'm teaching myself - it just takes a hell of a lot of practice. Talk to a brass player. You can get a greater range than what you see Mr. Turre doing on a single shell. I haven't found an ethical and reliable source of shells so right now I am limited to one shell.
