Well I teach Business Studies at GCSE level from the OCR syllabus so there are many things on there that you could do. Perhaps the more mundane technical aspects of the subject that first time learners may struggle with and that we have to break down and simplify. Do you know about methods of production or economies of scale ? I really liked the way you used cartoons here managed to link it up to the topic before defining it.
