this is a great song thank you so much for posting it .I remember singing this when i was younger in a playhouse it was a mini concert of mixed show hits and to me every show is a big hit and thank you for keeping them alive

As much as I love this song by Eddie, I also like the flip side of this record, Shalom.
Eddie does his usual great job on these songs. He is missed so much by his loyal fans and friends. Would be nice to have Shalom on here too....hint....hint.

So happy to find this beautiful song after so many, many years. As a dual Israeli American citizen, it has a very special meaning to me.

@Bradat26 This was the show-stopping finale from the Broadway Musical "Milk and Honey", based on the 1948 establishment of the State of Israel as a Jewish Homeland. The musical was not a major success, especially when compared to some big 1960s Broadway shows like "Mame", "Cabaret" and "Fiddler On The Roof". The song was one of the biggest hits for Eddie Fisher and still gets rather good radio air play on Oldies stations.
