Thank you for posting this video. It is beautiful in so many ways. First, it captures the incredible excitement that Bruce generates in front of a crowd. Second, it shows how, after his set, both the artist and the audience are nearing exhaustion. This song, obviously an encore or coda to the entire set, is about closure. Its lyrics echo themes from many other Springsteen songs. Finally, it is a song about the transitory nature of our humanity: the girls in their summer clothes pass us by.
