Lemons can only prevent new kidney stones from forming: you can't dissolve existing kidney stones, you can only pass them once they are formed or get surgery to break them up or retrieve them.Lemons are important along with lots of water.

@yuritoclick try it people, worst thing if not enough magnesium you can constipate! nothing to lose to try! but i peed that white thing, really hot! that's fact guys and its the truth... and to be honest it felt good to imagine that fuc... stone was being dissolved.. cheers

@BrokenRRT @de6430 I drinked 2 tablets at night and next day I peed white urine, sandy... i stopped because it can constipate (the one i purchased does not have magnesium), so stop... i havent been helping with diet to be honest.. am feeling some discomfort still, will take today again, 2 more tablets and will post back... i suggest other people try to see diff experiences as to see if works or not, am been honest here., nothing to sell or promote..i peed white, sandy and it was hot.

I've been on potassium citrate for 6 years, has it helped with my stones? NOPE! Now I have a hulking 2cm stone, yes 2 CENTIMETERS! Have to go in one day next week for Lithotripsy.
