yeah,tat's rite! He's good but i prefer the way Alan's fingers "fly" over the keys :) He seems to barely touch them when he plays.

t'as piqué les samples sur le DVD 101 ou bien ? ... je recherche actuellement un emax, mais tiraillé entre le grain déstructeur génial du son , et la recherche de la clarté à la akai, d'un autre coté ... il faut qu'il y ait un mini sequencer ou lecteur de fichier midi integré, sinon je dois zapper ... c'est pour la scene

Yo..My Emax SE sampler is down..disk drive problem...glad to see you play on it...the Emax II sounds much better if you can get one...I've an Emulator IV keyboard..tons of great sounds..cheers.

The right hand samples where sampled from a DX7IIFD directly by myself.
The left samples can be found at 101 DVD.

How do you sample sounds from the DX7 and how do you afterwards upload them to the Emax? Does the E-mu playback *.WAVs directly from the floppy disk or do you have to convert the audio files to special extension? Thanks!

I sampled them directly, playing the DX7 and routing the audio to the emax sample input.
I think it is possible to load wav files using EMXP software and transferring them from a computer to a floppy.
