The hatred is to show that no-one has high ground over anyone else, hell, they even beat themselves and other cartoons like the simpsons.

The gross parts are obviously parts I do not enjoy, but, they are all there for humorous purposes. Since I have a wide range of humor that happens to appeal to me.
