Step with your heels upon a ladder until you are more horizontal than vertical: then flex your arm and middle-back muscles to make your chest almost touch the bar (go for a 5-6 sets session: the first of 15-18 reps, than as many as you can, with 15-20 seconds between each sets): keep a good straight position with your head in line with your spine and "pinch" your shoulder-blades during every pull-ups; this is GOOD for trapezius medium and romboids muscles, two key-muscles which can stabilyze your scapulas during every movement of your shoulders.

  • could you tell me what do you do for your chest muscles ?

you have really nice pecs man. do you only do bodyweight exercises for them ?

i wish you and your family a merry christmas :)

  • @Skate2Bong Thank you for your compliments and your whishes, which I wish back to you and family.

Body-weight exercises can be very tough and I do it exclusively since years now: anyway, if you may have access to a gym, it could be very good too, when you'd perform any exercise properly. Cheers again.

  • Wow! you have a well balanced lean and strong athletic build. Its a great look! More guys should aim for this rather than getting all bulky... (ps yes you've great hair too)

  • @palominomale Thank you very very much indeed! Merry Xmas and happy new year!

  • @tkandme3 Thanks for your comment though!

  • @Latrop1a this guy is insanely hideous and weak

  • @Latrop1a I like more the Y shape than the X shape in men and my legs may be thin but they are strong: I always squat until my low back starts to lose its curve and never do deadlift: I do a variation of deadlift, one-legged only, and so do I much of my squats. I train to stay healthy and not to become a role model in body-building.

    Thanks for your comment.

  • your legs look deathly thin, especially your hamstrings.....how much do you squat (ass-to-grass) and deadlift?

other than that, this exercise might not be so bad

  • hahaha babosada casi ni levanta peso

  • Great music.
