Is it bad that, as I watched this, I thought that most of the band looked like the belonged in a dojo or an anime?

@JobDDT Normally conductors keep time and cue parts... In big bands, though it's largely up to the members. The conductor still helps keep people together on parts that slow down and speed up, though.
